Troy P. Burleson, Partner
My name is Troy Burleson , and I am a trial attorney who prides myself in delivering outstanding criminal law defense. As a former Assistant District Attorney in Collin County, I have handled hundreds of criminal cases from the side of a prosecutor. Now as a defense attorney, I handle felony and misdemeanor criminal law cases ranging from Assaults to Drug cases and DWI's.
The knowledge I have gained is absolutely crucial in order to effectively present a defense for someone charged with a criminal offense. As a veteran of over 150 trials, I have the hard-earned trial experience to help you fight your criminal charge.
I am a proud graduate from the Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. My wife and I coach a national moot court team comprised of current SMU law students that competes each year in Chicago, Illinois.
While in Law School, I represented Southern Methodist University in national moot court and mock trial competitions in San Diego, Washington D.C. and San Antonio where I competed against other students from top-tier law schools across the nation. During these competitions, I was recognized for my advocacy skills by twice placing in the top ten of overall competitors and by winning the highest individual award, Best Overall Advocate, in the Lone Star Mock Trial competition in San Antonio.

Hunter A. Biederman, Partner
My name is Hunter Biederman, and I am a DWI trial attorney who focuses my practice on DWI defense. As a former Assistant District Attorney in Collin County, I have handled hundreds of DWI cases from the side of a prosecutor. I have also handled DWI 2nd's, Felony DWI's, Intoxication Assault, and even Intoxication Manslaughter cases. . . Very few attorneys can say that.
Because of my experience and my focus on DWI defense, I am often referred to as: The go to guy for DWI™

I graduated from the University of Florida with Honors, and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida School of Law. As an undergrad, I majored in Criminology. While in Law School, much of my focus was on criminal law.
As an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas, I have worked on hundreds of DWI & Intoxication cases. I believe very strongly in keeping up with the latest defenses and science in DWI Law.
